I'm a very good thinker, but I sometimes grab the wrong word. I say something I didn't think through adequately. I mean, I don't type my speeches, then sit up there and read them off the teleprompter, you know. I wing it.

What I didn't want to do is get into a ratings race with television because really, for them, it matters. For me, it doesn't.

It's essentially an attempt to rationalise the number, so that you have bigger regions which have more capabilities. How many regions there are will depend on what the committee recommends and what the annual general meeting accepts,
