You know... we all have stories. We all have unique experiences that make each and everyone of us different from everyone else...and sometimes when we listen to other people's stories, it has a way of making our stories richer and more valuable...

I have found that I am happiest when I am being creative...letting source/my gifts/whatever you want to call it come through. It is one of the few times when I know I am doing exactly what it is I am supposed to be doing and I can get out of my head and just be at total peace.

Don't underestimate the power of getting outside!

Find balance and find yourself...you are worth it.
