This is the hardest decision our family has ever had to make.

We struggled to put Sarah through college so that she could become a certified X-ray technician. But we are not big spenders and have almost no personal debt. It's all in the farm.

This is obviously going to be an interesting week for us. We're going through some changes, with a new crew chief and a new engineer, and there will be an adjustment period for both myself and the team. But we all know Bob Osborne, and he's a great guy with a lot of knowledge. I'm looking forward to working with him and getting our season on track.

I'd rather have injuries early in the season than late in the season because it helps us with our depth. If we can get a victory here or there with some second-string guys, by the end of the season, we'll have more depth going into the playoffs.
