Kevin's pretty fired up. I think we all look forward to the challenge of trying to make this offense work. One good thing is that all my guys take great pride in what they do. They're not sloppy. They want to get it right.

That's what I want our offense to do, not to dwindle away at the end of the year when it's most important.

[The reality was in between.] At least now I know where I stand and what my challenge is, ... Now that I have the answers, my career hasn't flashed before me. For those 10 days that I didn't know, there was a lot of emotions.

Our offense needed to step up and give our defense a breather, go down and put points on the board. And that's what we did.

Everything looks great from here on out. I don't think it's a problem. I feel like I'm healed.

Offensively, I think we're all searching for answers right now, ... We're not a very good football team offensively. We're not playing together. It starts with me. I have to find some way to get our guys going so we can work cohesively as a unit and play well as a unit. We're just all taking turns messing a play up.
