(Landers) called a play. I didn't run it. I took a shot with too much time left, and we lost. I felt I had a shot and I took it. You have to live with the choices you make, and I'll take the blame.

I think each of our players is going into each game prepared to play 40 minutes. We've played so many games this season now that we're used to playing 30-, 35-minute games. It just comes out as a natural adjustment for us.

We're getting better every game, and it's just a matter of time before we do win a big game like Tennessee or LSU.

You could look at it that way, but we were confident in the players we had. Every year we have to make adjustments. We didn't feel cheated at all. I'd give anything to play with these players again.

A shot like that doesn't happen every day. It still feels like a dream, but it's just one of those days. Nine times out of 10 the ball would've rimmed out, but it just happened to go in. The basketball gods were looking down on them today.
