Lauren swam well in each of the preliminaries, ... Her morning starts were the best all year. She usually started slower earlier in the day.

She'll probably have to swim about a 1:12, ... Her best last year was 1:17, but she swam for the Aggie Swim Club this March through July and I think that's going to make a very big difference in what she accomplishes this year. You can already see the difference in her in the water. She's already in pretty good shape and she got some pretty good instruction over the summer.
