Don't be self-righteous. We're all human & are therefore permitted these mistakes. But it is imperative that we learn from these mistakes, because their repetition can discredit one irrecoverably.

Coming to terms with our faults and beliefs, we make friends with the truth and accept those moments where we have been blind, impoverished and broken and realize that, if we were not those things, we may not have learned anything along the way. The true art of gentleness and love toward ourselves begins with genuine reflection of lessons and wisdom within. This stillness then, leads us to being gentle with others who are in a similar predicament.

In life, what you hate to do is exactly what you'll have to do.
