Let's not automatically just rebuild a hospital because it had a certain amount of beds,

That's just not justified. That's a high-risk population in those hospital beds. We know many of them haven't been vaccinated, and when they go home, it doesn't happen. The goal is to vaccinate them while they're there so we don't miss the opportunity.
