Once God gives you an idea; if it is not against the written word of God, if it is good for God and his kingdom, if it is good for people and it is not against your conscience, run with it! You do not need any pastoral or prophetic blessings! Rather go to work developing the idea God gave you. Do your homework, do your research, get all the required knowledge and go for it! Stop wasting time, stop wasting life and stop ridiculing the God who gave you such ideas
