Liz did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, we had too many errors. But none of them hurt us. As soon as they would happen, the team would buckle down and Liz would do what she had to to get the out.

That really hurt us. You can?t make eight errors and win any game.

Errors have hurt us all year long. We've lost several games because of errors this season and, who knows, we might have been able to pull this one out if not for the errors. It's getting frustrating. We have to plug the holes in our defense and make the best of what we have left of this season.

I think we're doing pretty good. The top three teams in the Val-Co go to state. We're pretty much in the running for that. We're trying to make a run for the title. Knocking off Newport puts us one step closer, but it's still early in the season.

It's been us committing all the errors so far, so it was nice to have someone else take a few away from us.
