Lou's been terrific. He's so effective when he's hitting that mid-range jumper. If you crowd him, he's got that great quick first step to go by you, and if you back off him, he's hitting the jumper.

We had hoped to keep playing and we're disappointed to not be in. But given the new selection process, we weren't sure how to read it.

We want athletic big guys. We're not going to bring someone in who's a stationary post player.

They're starting to grow up and take ownership.

There's a little gap there for (Terry) to try to sneak into, and he didn't quite get it done. ... For whatever reason, it was a case there where we got an opportunity to go back in the lead and (it) didn't happen for him.

I was surprised and shocked. We had Lou, Heath and Slaughter, then we figured we had to pick two others. Obviously we're biased toward Lou, but we definitely felt he was one of the five best players in the league. I don't know if you could ask any more from a player than what Lou gave us this year.
