Because the administration has indicated it will not support any funding for Amtrak this fiscal year unless Congress enacts Amtrak reforms, it is imperative for the Congress to make its voice heard on Amtrak,

I don't know that this is going to happen, but I expect that something specific would be asked of Congress before an overt action would occur, barring an emergency.

Nothing will be the same again.

By significantly lowering the cost of capital for small, medium, and large businesses alike, the provisions in this legislation will spur business investment on the Gulf Coast, increase the supply of affordable housing, and put dislocated employees back to work.

That's our goal, and we have set in motion a process that will get us there.
