The first four weeks could be up in the air as far as a starting lineup. We have a plan, but sometimes those things can change. If things are going well, we'll stick with what we're doing. If not, we'll make some changes. We've got that flexibility.

I do believe people can pay for their behavior. Once they've done that they deserve the opportunity to return home. Good programming is good security.
