Making it to the Final Four last year was amazing. It was special.

The year before I got there, KU was in the final four. At that time there were only 32 teams in the tournament. So you had to be one of the best to get in. It wasn't like today where the no. 1 seed plays a 16 seed that barely had a .500 season.

We are on the way to the Final Four.

Just being in that venue and being at the Final Four knowing my team could be there the following year, I wanted to be part of that. I knew I had made the right decision even if we hadn't made it to this point. It's all the sweeter that we actually are here.

I'm just happy to be able to experience two Final Fours, it doesn't matter what tournament it is.

I believed we could beat them from the very beginning. I was confident at the end, as confident as I was all day.
