Manufacturers are still trying to define the crossover vehicle, and we will continue to see a variety of crossover vehicles enter the marketplace. No one wants to be just a minivan or a sedan owner anymore.

Friday is our senior night and I believe in playing the seniors. So our line-up will be different than it will be Tuesday.

We're trying to see where the pieces fit in the puzzle. Connor and Kevin will definitely both be singles players. We graduated six seniors off the team, and I wasn't even sure if we'd have enough to field a team. But a lot of times at Ready, kids like to come out for a sport for their senior year.

I think Eric feels having me here to make that transition will help. Transferring over terminology and trying to teach concept to all of these guys will be important. They have some good linebackers, but none of them have really done what you're asked to do in this defense.

I went to a couple Academy Awards parties and I was definitely like, 'Whoa, no one will talk to me.'
