Many people pray as if God were a big aspirin pill; they come only when they hurt.

Let us never forget to pray. God lives. He is near. He is real. He is not only aware of us but cares for us. He is our Father. He is accessible to all who will seek Him.

Every prayer is heard and answered. It may not may be according to our expectations, but it's always according to His plan, which is the best outcome there is. Ask, believe and receive. Never doubt His goodness. He's your Father.

Remember: He WANTS your fellowship, and He has done everything possible to make it a reality. He has forgiven your sins, at the cost of His own dear Son. He has given you His Word, and the priceless privilege of prayer and worship.

She knew that oftentimes hurtful people were hurting people, so she determined to pray for them all the more.
