Many times you have witnesses who are reluctant to come forward.

As much as you want to identify people, there has been a lot (more) time spent ruling out people. That is part of it.

With this, it will give them an avenue to provide information to us that would protect them if they want anonymity.

It's incredible. For him to come from two years of being a role player and to step in and be one of our key players, he's been a big spark.
