Meeting all types of different dancers all over. We've met people from out of the country.

It really started to get quite strenuous and I noticed a little bit of weight loss after the first couple of weeks and I was like, wow, this is really starting to take off. So I got really into it and noticed a lot more of the weight dropping. Latin dance is very active from the waste down. So the lower body, it still gets your heart pumping any type of dance you are doing. It really depends on how much energy you put into it and me. Me personally I put a lot of energy into it when I dance.

It's a struggle to get out of bed in the morning. Looking at myself and seeing I was not happy with what I was or what I looked like.

There are a lot of people who have the capability to take over and do it just as good.

The only investigation currently proceeding is in the hands of the Kennedy Country Sheriff's department and releasing their findings is up to them.

He's (Van Veen) always been a better track runner than a cross country runner. Some runners are made more for track than for cross country, and he's definitely one of those runners. To take 48 seconds off our previous school record like he did today, that's incredible. Especially considering that he did it at a meet like this.
