Michael Moore is free to denounce every manifestation of American foreign policy; is he not? And we are upholding his right to do so, as ridiculous and inane and asinine as his comments are.

Judges who take the law into their own hands, who make up constitutional 'rights' in order to strike down laws they oppose, undermine the people's right to have their values shape public policy and define the culture.

Some have said that nominees who do not spill their guts about whatever a senator wants to know are hiding something from the American people, ... Some compare a nominee's refusal to violate his judicial oath or abandon judicial ethics to taking the Fifth Amendment. These might be catchy sound bites, but they are patently false.

Plans were offered to them (state and local governments), and they did not implement them,

Liberals did well, and not only in the 'Michael Moore' precincts, but also in a lot of areas where their scandals should have hurt them more.

American foreign policy has been - and must continue to be - based on unequivocal support for Israel's right to exist and to be free from terror.
