Mike is coming in as a running back, but he will help out the team wherever he can. He is hard to tackle and he is fast and I like him a lot.

He's progressing. I couldn't tell you when he might rejoin the team. There are some steps in place and when that cycle runs its course we'll welcome him back with open arms. But Russell still has some work to do.

There's no way possible that we could have done what we've done to this point here without his help and assistance,

It was nice to be in the stadium again. We're one step closer to the fall with this team. We have great chemistry and enough players to help us compete for a championship. We wanted to develop depth and not get anybody hurt.

That [change] will help greatly in terms of special teams organizations being able to, within a short time period, get a certain group out there with a specific purpose.

Right now, the offensive line controls how much team work we do. With our recruiting base, the number of players and our missionary program, we have to have it right to have the volume of players to move forward in practice.
