Mike was a great example to all the other athletes.

Matt is a winner, a vocal leader and a great leader by example. He also typifies what Union's student-athletes are all about. He is a Union Scholar, a captain and starter for our team, and also a standout swimmer for Coach Scott Felix.

You like to see who has what. This is a good way for the kids to get used to a meet and not just running against each other at practice.

It's a classic example of our athletes showing their great achievement under the right training environment.

We are also holding anti-doping seminars for players, team doctors and coaches during events - for example, for the European Under-19 finalists in Northern Ireland last year.

Alex Suchon is a great example to all other young athletes that it's not only a matter of getting an opportunity, but what you do with that opportunity.
