Mixed use buildings, a coffee shop, restaurants. Very walk-able, a great atmosphere.

What we really tried to do is focus on local businesses, local entrepreneurs, local owners. We are bringing them out here. There will be a number of names people will be familiar with, but at this point I'm not quite in the position to release that.

They really see this as the future of Collier County and they want to get in on the ground floor. We have literally been contacted by hundreds of businesses wanting to open stores, offices, satellite offices and firms.

Sure some medical experts say coffee could be a health hazard, but they obviously never built a web site before!

In America uniformed cops eat in coffee shops, diners and restaurants and I always feel safer having them around.

In Tulsa, restaurants have signs that say, "Sorry, we're open."
