Most exciting ideas are not important. Most important ideas are not exciting. Not every problem has a solution. Every solution has side effects.

It's likely that those hedge fund shareholders are going to force an auction process. The price is low in a lot of people's minds. The firm declared that there was a fair process. But I don't believe there was an auction, and the activist shareholders believe there should have been.

Someone who expresses a view that is contrary to the view of the overwhelming majority should be allowed to stand undisturbed as a monument to our commitment to free speech.
