Most of them probably need an infusion of cash. There is a sense of urgency.

It's a timing issue for us as much as anything. We just needed a cash infusion to pay our bills immediately. We intend to pay everybody.

I think the sense of urgency was never really there to get it done and I believe something like this forces it to get done. I believe it can be done.
