My advice is do not panic, because this is the first opportunity that we're having to receive this data. We're now having to digest it to see what it means and there are going to be a lot of questions.

The first thing you should do is to not panic. Sometimes they are just looking for a very specific thing, and if you give them what they are looking for it's no big deal. Just give the IRS what it wants and do it as fast as you can. That way it'll be over fast.

We have over 150 door prizes and anybody who participates in the races will receive a medal.

That's not enough to make me panic.

We must not yield to panic

The last thing you need when you're not going well is to look over and see panic on your manager's face. With Joe, he always looks like he's in control. I mean, from being around him so long, I can tell when he's angry. But panic, that's something you'll never see from him.
