My confidence is often mistaken for arrogance. That's fine, I rather be mistaken for arrogant than treated like a pushover.

From my inception I had a confidence about myself that would be mistaken as arrogance. So, from my inception I have been misinterpreted and misunderstood. Nothing achieving my goals won't fix. Just sad that after the fact those that I would have liked to be friends with would be on the wrong side of the equation. I'm ...the nerd without glasses and suspenders. Deal with it.

Arrogance is worse than ignorance, seeing as ignorance can be cured, but arrogance must be purged.

I'm interested in you. Not in your body, nor your mind. I am interested in your soul. I want to connect with you on a level that surpasses your shape, that surpasses the knowledge I'm quite confident you have. I want to be able to not be able to explain the reason I keep talking to you. Sure..... I'm interested.

Ignorance of one realm leads to over-indulgence of another.

The finish line is right in front of me - and quite frankly, I'm more fond of the start.
