My experience is that, to a large degree, patients want them [doctors] to attend to them as people and understand what they're going through.

A stoppage of BlackBerry would cause major havoc. CEOs use them, doctors use them, Wall Street guys use them.

It's not to the point where it's epidemic, but it is impacting access. Doctors are not taking on new care. They can't afford to take on any more.

We expect our doctors to work very hard taking care of patients, but they don't have to spend all their time and energy battling insurance companies.

Believe it or not, people experience the same things when it comes to buying life insurance - or making any big financial decision. It's just not on national TV and it's not nearly as dramatic. Sadly, many people just put off making any decision, sometimes until it's too late.
