My first impression, as compared to four years ago, is that there's a lot more stuff and more lab equipment here. Plus there's also been an accumulation of spare parts, as well as trash, that hasn't been able to come back.

When I first did Woodstock many, many years ago, my initial impression when I went to California to look at the rushes . . . was I was appalled. I knew the performance was OK, but the visual of the crowd walking away in the mud and the way they cut it together was kind of depressing,

My belief is you have one chance to make a first impression.

Osby wasn't considered the smartest man in Eads County. But the no one . . . knew him well enough to realize that he wasn't all that far from it either.

I think it left an impression, because in (my) four years, he had never done something like that. It probably was never a realistic goal. So, for him to bring that stuff out in front of us all, it kind of made us look at it and be like, 'Wow, we can really do this stuff. This is reality if we buy in here, do all the little things, do all the hard things throughout the season, this is a real thing we can possibly accomplish. It was a real eye-opener.
