My heart jumped into my throat. We worked out the scenario for a five-team schedule all the way to an 11-team schedule. But we had nothing for a four-team schedule.

That is an option. But the problem is that the games that I need are so far down the schedule that it's going to be tough to find somebody to play.

And I don't think I'm going to find one. But we're working on it right now. I've got eight weeks before I play a district game. But if you look at the bright side of that, three of the four teams go to the playoffs.

I was aware of that possibility (of changing classifications), but being in a four-team district wasn't even in my mind. I disagree with the way they did it. I just think they could have done a better job of putting at least five teams in a district.

That's just the kind of girl Meredith is. She's a team leader, a girl who works hard all the time and leads by example, and (senior) Chelsea Peters is another one. She's willing to do whatever we ask of her. She's a long jumper and she runs on some of our relays, and this year she's trying the high jump for the first time, too.

I hope people remember me as a guy who brought magic to the people. You know, pushed the boundaries of wonder.
