My job is to describe what their jobs are and demand they do it.

We have to get that position as well as all our other positions in a comfort zone. We have to put him in a position to do his job and not ask him to go win the game for us every time.

If you had said to me, 'You get 4,100 jobs', I would have said, 'Boy, that's fabulous'. But if you said to me, 'And you get to pick what kinds of jobs they are', we couldn't have picked better stuff in terms of the industries we're trying to grow.

We have added 442 jobs in Dade City and already have introduced 18 businesses to Pasco County. This not only benefits Dade City, but the county as a whole.
