Racist in our culture act with the same victim blaming behavior as those in rape culture. What was he wearing, what was he doing, was he speaking loudly, was he blasting loud music, was he reaching in his pocket, was he drinking, drugging, or acting all wild? And they believe that these things somehow justify what happened to him.
