My main goal coming into this job is to just make a smooth transition that is as seamless as possible. The only thing I might change in our format is the development of a balanced team. We may not always have the superstars like we had scoring most of the points last year.

The main thing I want to stress is dedication. It's not going to work this season unless everyone can make the effort to be out here every day.

It's kind of overwhelming right now, getting ready for the new season, because things are so different from when I started here. When I first got here, the program was pretty small and still coming together, so I can't wait to get out there and see what we can do this year.
