My talent and work ethic will get me there.

It's going to be a battle to win any games in there. You've got the talent. We have work ethic. We have all the pieces in here. It's a matter of us putting it all together.

He?s a good kid, works hard and has a good work ethic. You look in our clubhouse and he fits in very well.
