When a beautiful smiling face becomes gloomy, because of someon's words or act, the thing of beauty per se ceases to exist there. Appreciate and enjoy beauty, whatever it may be, with care and gentleness.

I like to embrace natural beauty. I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep, drinking a lot of water and exercising.
