Naturally it's because of money people are competing with each other. There is competition in food, wine and cuisine. This is another means to draw attention.

I think a food and wine center is in the cards.

As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

In my seminar 'Wine Info' I want to excite people about the fun of pairing wines with food and friends. I want to make people comfortable with labels and grapes and alcohol content so they can make educated decisions when purchasing wines.
