Naw, I've had so many buildings, ... (Maas) was still a good building (before demolition). And I outlasted it.

We really think that one tall, thin building is better than two smaller buildings.

It wasn't until the 1980s when we lost several really good buildings to another building boom that we woke up to the value of what we had,

We are always building new hangars, warehouses and other needed buildings, but we never get to the point where we build houses,

We outlasted them, in that sense. That's the bottom line.

We'd probably make that part of the demolition project.
