Nearly 40 percent of the city does not have sidewalks. Even when we do plow the sidewalks, (students) all continue to walk along the side of the road.

We're looking to pilot innovative programs. We have a very exciting proposal and plan. Central Administration has been doing a lot of work on this.

Students are allowed to use their phones before school and after school but not during school. The punishment for a first offense is to have the cell phone confiscated, and your parents called to come pick you up.
