To taste the Success you should have courage to withstand failure.

You may turn over a million rocks looking for success but before you quit realize that its waiting for you under one of the unturned rocks.

Failures are opportunities to make our path clearer and more direct. Don't see a failure as a hinderence but rather as stepping stones to help you create a better and clearer picture of your goal. Furthermore, when one doesn't give up failures catapult one to the end result.

I believe one key to success is harnessing the lesson within our "failures" (What did we learn? How can we make it better?)

I advise you to stop sharing your dreams with people who try to hold you back, even if they're your parents. Because, if you're the kind of person who senses there's something out there for you beyond whatever it is you're expected to do - if you want to be EXTRA-ordinary- you will not get there by hanging around a bunch of people who tell you you're not extraordinary. Instead, you will probably
become as ordinary as they expect you to be.
