New Orleans was my home, ... Everything we own is gone now. I used to go home to Georgia and wouldn't have any clothes because everything was (in New Orleans). Now it's going to be the same way.

We're here now. We have a home, and we're finally relieved to know we have a set schedule for now and know what we're going to do next, ... We have somewhere to call home and we appreciate Louisiana Tech and Ruston for opening their arms to us.

I just saw a picture, and there was water up to the top of a Shell station sign. Our place is near there. There is so much water. I have lived there three or four years, and I am sure all my belongings are gone.
