Newell will continue to struggle until it can sustain meaningful consolidated revenue growth. We are not sure why the current restructuring will create a meaningfully different result than the last restructuring.

While we remain optimistic about the long-term growth opportunities in the sector, we are disappointed that we will not meet our revenue and profitability goals this quarter.

We are forecasting that actual capital expenditure growth will likely come in at or below 10 percent. Therefore, we are cutting numbers for 2001 across the board.

The first thing they need to do is sell the lousy stores.

We've seen all of the drugstores have softer results so the flu season appears to be part of it. There certainly can be some noise surrounding Medicare implementation, and that may be having a little bit of an impact on (prescription) volumes on the near term, but I don't know that it's anything more than that.

We've seen, really across the store, improving results. Part of it seems to be better merchandising, part of it seems to be improved execution, and part of it is just momentum -- once people start going to a store, they tend to return.
