Nike has always been more than a job for me. Like many Nike employees, I have a deep connection to the brand and our company.

We still do have connection issues at times, often because some employees are downloading something they should not -- so we made a strong policy with disciplinary actions spelled out and made it clear that the system can't handle employees downloading or shopping.

A large corporation such as they should offer something, because you have employees there who are there a long time — they're putting in years — and they're getting nothing to show (for it).

Northwest employees should not pick up an inordinate amount of the fuel costs.
