No. 1, he's very talented. He's got a lot of speed. He's a very savvy player. He plays sideline to sideline. They use him in a role where they utilize his talents.

Jake played extremely well. He made a bunch of big plays. They had a lot of pressure on him and they had a very talented defensive front.

He always plays extremely hard. It's very important to him regardless of his role, even if he's not playing every down and just at the goal line. He has to be ready in case somebody goes down. If that happens, he'll play well.

Everybody wants difference makers and everybody wants great players. Sometimes, you get a great player that's not a team player and then you have a great player on your team and he might not help you win games.

The minute he walked into that room, he got a standing ovation. Every player and coach was on his feet. I didn't expect that, but it was just one of those moments that you cherish. Then Jerry spoke to the team for 10 minutes. It just showed the respect that he has earned.

We just want him to get better and ready for the regular season. I have no worries he'll be ready.
