He's a really knowledgeable guy and he knows the game very well. We've got to know what everybody else is doing in order to be effective and the fact that he does is good. He can help us understand that.

There is no game without the players, and no victories for a team or its coach without loyal and talented individuals on the management, coaching and support staffs.

It is a little harder now, because every coach knows about players, and there aren't many gems who get overlooked. But this game was a perfect opportunity to see what other players could do. It is nice to see these guys get rewarded with playing time.

That stinks. But we won the division. That's what counts.
