No matter who the hauler is, if they haul to Sioux Falls, they should provide recycling collection.

The idea is that over time, by asking people to just make a conscious effort, that percentage will start to increase on its own. It's encouraging people to do the best that they can. The costs of landfills are going up so astronomically that we have to find things to do so we're not wasting valuable space in the landfill.

They're just looking to save in the long run. As long as people continue to make the conscious effort that they have been, this won't really affect us.

You can argue we can get rid of recycling and save the city a million dollars, but why don't we try to get rid of the garbage and save the city even more money?

It (UK recycling) probably increases a little each year, because we find newer things to recycle.

What I did was pour out about a gallon of Chanel Number Five and put a burning wedding invitation to it, and boom, I'm recycling.
