No one could have known this Janet thing would have this kind of ripple. But part of Budweiser's job as a marketer is to stay in tune with what consumers seem to be wanting.

Janet is merely one of a number of witnesses and there is no allegation whatsoever that Janet has violated any law.

No one is guaranteed a job in this.

We have known all along that Janet was not a suspect or a target, and Wayne was not. Both, at best, were fact witnesses. Maybe it had not been widely publicized.

It's just one of those things he's got to be on top of. We've got to do a good job of coaching him where he can get back on the field. He's good enough to play in this league, there's no doubt.
