No one knew what to do with it (at the time). The biggest problem is bad management, if you don't have someone who's behind you.

The champion's management says let's do this for real, for charity. Rocky says no but decides to be true to himself even though he's going to be berated by everyone. Just to compete, not to win.

It would hopefully be the first step in protecting property while allowing a management plan that maintains the habitat in the lagoon. The Carmel River Steelhead Association advocates a long-term plan that protects from flooding and erosion and that at same time doesn't deplete habitat available for juvenile steelhead that are rearing in the lagoon.

I think this is maybe the best one, other than the original. It's heartfelt. And it was done on a shoestring budget with lots of young guys (on the crew) and a handful of new stars--all new faces. I think people are going to love it.
