No one wants to look too ambitious. There's a real fear that you'll be tagged as jumping the gun.

Many seniors are confused and concerned, and in Iowa the Democrats' strategy is to tap into that to nullify some perceived advantages Republicans have had with seniors over the past couple of elections. The senior population is a significant and critical demographic here in a state that is essentially 50-50.

There are people who still hold that against him in the Democratic Party.

You cannot track someone with this system, which is what everyone seems to fear. The way we designed it, that is not possible.
