My client was in fear of his life, my client was in fear for his safety. My client had some great concerns. More importantly he felt a great deal of concern that his passenger was going to be harmed, so he fled the area.

It was a pretty dangerous operation, so all precautions were taken to make sure that the patient was removed safely and also the safety of our personnel on the scene.
