Not to be cocky or anything but I knew the national record would go.

In the past few years I've always run here before beginning serious training at altitude to get ready for the summer. I'm reasonably fit but possibly not in as good a shape as I'd possibly like to be.

I'm pretty annoyed about it. I've got to try to take a positive out of this week ... I took a silver medal out.

I don't know what kind of shape he will be in and how he will cope with the hills around the course, but I'm all right and looking forward to making it a fourth success.

There are a lot of them and one of me. I'm in as good a shape as I've ever been. I'm ready to take on the challenge.

I don't know where or how it started, but I will get around to having a look at it.
