Waveland already has that very ideal situation - most of the streets connect.

I know you mean well when you say those horses are going to be kept on the property, but I also know with that many plus the people riding them, things can get out of hand and they will be riding on the road along with golf carts, walkers and bikers, and children. It would be dangerous.
